Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third-party agencies for campaign/promotions collaboration
Search and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
Reach and build a KOL network for different categories on social media.
End-to-end KOL Process: Briefing, Pitching, Listing, Negotiating, and maintaining reports.
Implement the KOL engagement campaign by liaising and coordinating with KOLs regarding their requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
Create a KOL plan and content for social media (IG, TikTok, YouTube).
Make content and a brief plan for KOL/Brand Ambassadors on social media
Qualifications
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Brand Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Business, or related fields). With relevant experience as a KOL Specialist, Brand Marketing, and Digital Marketing, or a relevant position for at least 1 year in a relevant industry.
Experience working with popular Influencer marketing networks, with good communication, time management, and negotiation skills, and also an interest in the Beauty and Skin Care Industry.
A deep understanding of social media platform (especially TikTok) algorithms, features, and trends.
Good taste for video quality and ability to share creative ideas.
Ability to give insights on market, users, and product; ability to do video data analysis and result target-oriented.
