Job Description

Content Creation:

• Conceptualize, create, and edit captivating short-form videos for TikTok that align with our brand’s voice, values, and marketing objectives.
• Produce a steady stream of entertaining, informative, and shareable content that resonates with a diverse audience.

Trend Analysis:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and viral content on TikTok to incorporate them into our content strategy.
• Proactively identify opportunities to leverage trending topics and challenges to boost our brand’s visibility.
  Audience Engagement:
• Interact with viewers through comments, responses, and engagement on TikTok to foster a sense of community around our content.
• Collaborate with our audience by encouraging user-generated content submissions and participation in challenges.
  Analytics and Optimization:
• Monitor the performance of TikTok content using available analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy.
• Adjust content approach based on engagement metrics, audience feedback, and platform algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a TikTok content creator, with a strong portfolio of skincare/ beauty related contents (having at least 1 video with 500k views).
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends, features, challenges, and best practices.
  Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Adept at working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of our brand’s voice, target audience, and marketing objectives.
• High enthusiasm for staying up to date with pop culture, internet trends, and social media developments.
• Willing to WFO (Mon – Fri, 09.00 – 18.00 Kamal Muara, Jakarta Utara)
